Ileana and her husband, Dan Sinclair, raise purebred Charollais and Romanov sheep near Bowden.  They have had sheep for 15 years, and focus on production of performance tested, high health status sheep.  

She is also a partner in OC Flock Management specializing in reproductive technologies in sheep and goats.  OC Flock has given seminars in many countries on management, disease control and reproduction of sheep and goats.
