Phil Merrrill

Phil was born and raised on a mixed farm in Hillspring AB. He attended U of L and SFU in Burnaby BC to obtain a BSc in Biology 1973 and a Masters in Pest Management in 1979. Phil was hired by the Provincial Government over 36 years ago where he spent 28 years as a Problem Wildlife Specialist then more recently as an Inspector for Regulatory Services. He has worked with the Provincial Rat Control Program, Coyote Management Program, Cervid Industry as an inspector, Recreational Fish Farm Inspector, and more recently Inspecting Dairies, Feeder Associations, and Auction Marts.
